Dr. Adam Smith is the board certified family physician at Brookwood Family Practice. He received his college degree in zoology with a minor in chemistry at the University of Oklahoma, and received his medical degree there as well.  He graduated with Alpha OmegaAlpha honors, having graduated in the top ten percent of his medical school class.  He later did his family medicine residency training in Kansas City, MO at the Baptist Lutheran Family Medicine Residency Program and was awarded Resident Teacher of the Year in 2005.  In November 2005, Dr. Smith opened his own practice, Brookwood Family Practice, in the growing city of Allen, TX.  He continues to practice there as a well-respected board certified family physician, serving the local community for several years.  In his spare time, he enjoys Sooner football, spending time with his family, gardening, and cooking.
