Dr. Smith went to medical school at the University of Oklahoma where he graduated in the top ten percent of his class with honors.

He did his residency training in Kansas City, MO at the Baptist Lutheran Family Medicine Residency Program and was awarded resident teacher of the year in 2005.

Afterwards, Dr. Smith opened Brookwood Family Practice in November of 2005 as a solo family practice office where he is the only provider in the office.

Dr. Smith is board certified in family practice and is able to take care of both children and adults.
